      I’ve been going to Sam’s FitMum classes since my son was three months old. I absolutely love them and always come out feeling like I’ve worked hard. Sam is so welcoming and all the mums are very friendly. I highly recommend the classes to anyone who is looking to get back into fitness after having a baby. Sam’s postnatal fitness knowledge is second to none and I have learnt so much about what I should and shouldn’t be doing postnatally, which will benefit me in the long run! Having a resident baby sitter means that for that one hour I can focus on my fitness and know that my son is in safe hands. Don’t hesitate, join us, you won’t look back!

      I used Sam Wilson’s Fitness ‘Fit 4 Birth’ service during my first pregnancy. My labour experience was a good one and I really feel Sam Wilson’s class definitely helped the experience. In addition, the information i gained from Sam helped with my confidence and nerves as I approached my due date. I would highly recommend Sam Wilson’s Fitness, especially to first time mums.

      I went to Sam’s fit mum classes after having both my children (now aged 5 and 1) and cannot recommend her enough for her expertise in post natal fitness and the fun and care you receive during the classes! you get to socialise with other mums who become a real support network whilst building up your strength and fitness levels safely, and babies also get to socialise whilst being looked after by a resident babysitter, you can’t go wrong!

      I found Sam through recommendations. I was looking for a way to keep fit during pregnancy when I could no longer play volleyball. I really enjoyed the fitness class and found it a great way to meet other mums to be. The guided meditation at the end of the class was a nice chance to relax. I’m still in touch with 9 mums I met at the classes and would recommend fit for birth to any Mum to be.
