Personalised Pregnancy and Postnatal Exercise Classes and Personal Training
Our classes give you the tools to connect with your pelvic floor and deep core muscles through every exercise that you perform. We use the breath to help the core system connect and work optimally during the hardest part of any exercise which in turn supports your posture. We focus on keeping the posture in line as best as possible as you move through your pregnancy by keeping you strong. When you become a mummy there are many challenges that your body and posture are faced with and this is where Ginette helps you with programming strength and Core sessions. If there are exercises that are not suitable for you, Ginette will always personalise exercises that best suit you.
Personal Training – The One to One Session tailored entirely to you! Ginette will work with you to help you achieve your personal goals through strength, conditioning, pelvic floor and Core work. We will also support you with your nutrition and wellness goals.
