Love is in the air and in the freezer! We wanted to create an easy valentines day themed snack for kids of all ages and this recipe couldn’t get any easier. With only 2 ingredients it’s a quick and healthy treat for your children.
Ingredients you will need:
Fruit of your choice. We have used strawberries, mango and blueberries for our hearts.
How to make your valentines day frozen snacks:
Blend one of your fruits in a mixer until smooth
Divide into a heart shape mould or ice cube tray
Blend together some more fruit along with the natural yoghurt and add on top in your mould or ice cube tray
Freeze for 2 hours
Pop out your frozen hearts and enjoy as a yummy treat.
